An introduction course to accessibility and the Public Sector Bodies (Websites and Mobile Applications) Accessibility Regulations 2018.
This half day course will give you a basic grounding in the effects of the regulations, what you as an organisation need to be doing, what accessibility means to your staff and external users, and where you can go to start finding out more.
By the end of this training, delegates should have the knowledge and tools to:
Be able to define what accessibility and inclusion mean
Know what legal obligations public sector bodies are under to deliver accessible services
Know where to go to find out more about accessibility and get support
Be able to identify basic accessibility concerns for a variety of different users
